Frank Ardinger, President of the Rotary Club of Leominster, Inc. is happy to announce that we are continuing our emergency oil delivery program in partnership with Fraticelli Oil Company. This program provides emergency, same day delivery to Leominster residents that find themselves in need of heating oil and require immediate delivery.
