Watch for email scams! John Souza's account was hacked and several of his contacts received scam emails looking for money.
The Calendar Raffle is back. We pulled 15 tickets to help us get caught up. There were several club members who won. Congrats to all the winners!
Johnny and Louise cleaned up the downtown flower boxes after the recent high winds did some damage. They were able to save some of the broken plants. Additionally, the sponsor signs were swapped out to give better visibility to non-club member supporters.
Leominster Schools are looking for PPE; the Board will review how we can help.
John Tata is working on a food truck celebration that may take place instead of the Breakfast for the Bands.
Claire is considering options for the Vocational Awards banquet, since the Doubletree is not holding any events until at least the end of the year.

Christine proposed creating a hard copy binder for all the projects, timelines, costs, events, notes, contact information, and other general information that is stored in ClubRunner. Charlie offered to research the best way to capture project plans and all the other info in there.
Washington Square Flowers
Johnny to the rescue - of the dry and dying plants, that is! He went down to Washington Square and was able to use some pliers to open the water line to allow water to come in from the road. To open the lines, align the nozzle in the direction of the pipe. Yay, we don’t need it fixed!! Since we cannot water on Mondays, Johnny turned it off once he verified that it worked. If anyone does go to water, please bring pliers or vice grips.
